How a Guy Should Treat His Woman

Part of this list has been going online around for a while, I basically doubled the list and have posted it here for anyone who wants a reminder.

• Open all doors for her: on cars, buildings, gates, etc.

• Touch her softly and tenderly, even when you wrestle, remember she's not a guy.

• Let her sit on your lap, even if it's not always comfortable for you, it means a lot to a girl.

• Hold hands with her in public, or put your arm around her as you walk.

• Walk at whatever pace she walks, don't make her feel like she has to run to keep up with you.

• When shopping together, carry her bags for her. At least offer to.

In areas where safety is questionable, always walk her to a public bathroom and wait for her.

• When she does something you like, let her know right then.

• Sometimes for no reason, just smile and wink at her.

• Help her out with her transportation problems, offer her rides for dates, help her put oil in her car, etc.

• Leave a little note for her somewhere she'll find it: in her car, in her bag, taped to her door.

• Put a picture of her on your phone or in your wallet.

• Ask her what her favorite outfit on you is, and wear it the next time you're together.

• Don't make her feel you care more about your car than you do about her.

• Go with her into girly stores, and don't make fun of everything.

• Text her, or email her just to let you know you were thinking about her.

• Keep an extra coat in your car, in case she doesn't have one and needs one.

• If she has a pet, be kind to it and at least once bring a gift for it.

• If you have a "song", give her the CD with that song on it. Dance with her to it.

• Give her extremely long hugs goodbye.

• If you're getting yourself something to drink or eat, ask her if she wants anything.

• If you can, pick her up sometimes, it could make her ridiculously happy that you can.

• Be nice and respectful to her friends, even if you don't like them, or they don't like you.

• Randomly surprise her with a flower.

• Never tell her to 'shut up' or call her a 'bitch' even as a joke.

• Never embarrass her in front of friends or family, show them you treat her right.

• Tell her sometimes that she is smart, strong, clever and kind, not just pretty.

• Wash her car for her.

Load the dishwasher for her when she's cooking.

• Occasionally help her make her bed in the morning, or turn down the covers for her at night.

• Always let her order first at a restaurant.

• Ask her what she thinking sometimes.

• Only have eyes for her when you're together, don't stare at other girls.

• Let her choose the music sometimes in your car or if you hang out together.

• Ask her to show you what she likes that you do to her.

• Tell her randomly sometimes that you care about her and like her.

Compliment her on her talents and abilities. Be specific.

• Find out what she's self conscious of about herself and then be sensitive about it, never tease about those areas.

At least once, let her see you cry about something, give her a chance to comfort you.

• Swing by her job to take her out for lunch, or bring her lunch.

• Offer her a foot or hand massage or stroke the underside of her arms.

•On special occasions take her to a really nice restaurant with fine dining.

• Sometimes tell her you like what she's wearing, how her hair is fixed, etc.

• If she does something embarrassing, don't make a big deal about it.

• Thank her for her time and effort, if she ever cooks you something even if it's horrible.

• Give her back rubs.

Let her keep girl products (tissues, lotion, etc.) in your car or at your place.

• Tell her your secrets, about your childhood and things you don't tell other people.

Gently grab her neck when you kiss her, it's a real turn on.

• Stay on the phone with her even if she's not saying anything.

When she's mad, hug her tight and don't let go, then kiss her.

• When she says she's "okay" don't believe it, talk with her.

Watch her favorite movie with her. No matter what it is.

• If you think she's a good friend, parent, sibling, etc. tell her so.

• Call or text her on special occasions and randomly before you sleep and after you wake up.

• Tease her and let her tease you back.

• Give her time to get ready and not be angry about it.

• Take care of her when she's sick.

Let her wear your clothes sometimes (t-shirt to bed, hat while playing sports etc).

• When she's bored and sad, hang out with her.

Start up/ warm up her car for her on cold mornings.

• Let her know she's important.

Find an occasion to kiss her in the rain.

If you do all these things (even if you don't get married), she'll remember you for the rest of her life.
